FreshDirect Vegan Caesar Salad

We tinkered with the Caesar salad recipe to create a vegan version with all the umami flavor of the original. The base of shaved Brussels sprouts and arugula gets tossed with crispy chickpeas, celery, nutritional yeast, and a creamy vegan dressing made by our friends at Gotham Greens. Perfect as a meal or portioned out as a side dish.
