The crossing of apricots and plums has resulted in dozens of varieties of apriums. Throughout the season, we will offer the best in season variety from Family Tree Farms. With skin ranging from golden yellow to velvety purple and flesh ranging from creamy white to deep red, all varieties will be sure to delight with their sweetness and intense flavor. Plan ahead! Our apriums arrive firm. They'll soften in 3-5 days at room temperature, or you can speed up the process to 2-3 days by storing them in our complimentary fruit ripening bag.
