Taiwanese Spinach

Popular in Southeast Asian dishes, Taiwanese spinach is similar to traditional spinach when it comes to how it's served. It differs, however, in its thick texture and darker coloring. Toss in a stir-fry, boil as a side dish, or simply enjoy raw as the base for your salad.
