It is then topped with zaatar that adds an herb element. Starting in their home kitchen in 2014, Yoni and Dana Siletski worked tirelessly to produce the timeless, quality challah that is baked with the love you can taste. Our unique breads are hand twisted, with a soft, fluffy inside and a smooth outside.
