We've taken our delicious cream of tomato soup and bumped things up a notch. The base is made from naturally sweet diced tomatoes balanced with white wine, onion, garlic, and cream. Then, we add hearty bites of chicken (raised without antibiotics) and orzo pasta for texture and to make the whole thing even more satisfying. Simply heat it up for a casual lunch or dinner, perhaps with some salad or bread on the side.
