Blood Orange?

  • The blood orange explodes with spicy citrus flavors and an intense raspberry pucker. Use this ruby-red fruit and juice anywhere you would use a more common orange. Try blood orange juice for breakfast. Use the segments in a colorful fruit or green salad. It is not as sweet as a traditional orange, so it marries well with arugula or other strong greens in a salad. It makes the best-looking marmalade you'll ever see.
