Iranian-American sisters Homa and Nahid Dashtaki, along with their father Goshtasb, have brought the art of home-style Persian yogurt to Brooklyn—and we could eat it three times a day. Every batch is handcrafted using Hudson Valley Fresh whole milk and live probiotic cultures, just like Goshtasb's mother used to make.
