Mornings are hard, but eggs make them better. Especially eggs topped with everything delicious in life. Fry up a few corn tortillas and top with fried eggs (the runnier, the better), and ladle on plenty of salsa. Fix it up your way with faves like black beans, salsa, cheese, sour cream, and spicy sausage, but def don't forget the avocado.
