MYO Lobster Roll

No need to head to the beach to snag a fresh lobster roll when it's easy to make your own! Bring a large pot of well-salted water to a boil. Squeeze both halves of a lemon into the water and drop in the lemon halves. Plunge 4 live lobsters into the water, cover, and cook for about 13-15 minutes. Carefully remove the lobsters from the water and let them cool. Remove meat from lobsters, chopping tail meat into bite-sized pieces. In a bowl, combine lobster meat, 3 tbsp mayonnaise, 2 chopped celery stalks, the juice of half the lemon, 4 swipes of lemon zest, salt, and pepper to taste. Split open and lightly toast hot dog buns. Melt and brush butter on the inside of toasted buns. Scoop lobster salad into buttered buns delicately and serve!
