This honey is the closest thing you can get to farm stand honey without leaving home! We've partnered with Andy Card Jr., an upstate New York farmer with beekeeping in his blood (his father, Andy Card Sr. got his first hive in 1949, and the rest is sweet, gooey history). Produced in small batches, the honey is heated just enough to gently strain. This ensures it maintains all the natural pollen and enzymes—and remains unpasteurized. Delicious on toast or in any recipe. Please Note: Unpasteurized honey is highly likely to crystallize due to high sugar concentration. This is natural, and will occur with any pure, unpasteurized honey. You can heat slightly to return the honey to a more liquid state.
