Mushroom King Organic Heirloom Baby Shiitake Mushrooms

Our farm has been growing the best shiitake in the US since 2001. We have combined traditional cultivating techniques from China, Japan, and South Korea with modern sustainable technologies to bring you the best mushrooms with minimal impact on the environment. The baby shiitake has a more delicate taste profile than the mature shiitake. The tender stem of the baby shiitake is also edible because it has not developed the fibrous characteristics of the mature shiitake stem yet.
