Organic Oregano

Pungent and freshly herbal, oregano is a signature ingredient in the foods of southern Italy and Greece. Think of tomato sauce and pizza, grilled fish and lamb. Unlike its milder cousins marjoram and thyme, it can stand up to heat without losing strength. The next time you're grilling, add generous amounts of fresh oregano to rubs and marinades.
