What You’ll Need
3 envelopes gelatin (flavored or plain varieties work well!)

Cooking spray

What To Do
Heat a 1/4 cup champagne, lemon juice and sugar in a saucepan and heat on low. Add gelatin to the top and let it develop for about two minutes. Stir the mixture until the gelatin and sugar has completely dissolved. Stir in remaining champagne and vodka. Remove from heat.
Pour mixture onto a grease cookie sheet and chill for at least 2 hours. Using star cookie cutters, slowly cut stars from the jello and place on a serving platter. Sprinkle the stars with the gold and silver candy balls and serve (or put back in fridge until ready to serve). Enjoy!
