Enjoy some of summer’s best fruit and vegetables with this twist on your classic avocado toast.
What You’ll Need
4 slices whole-grain or sourdough bread (choose gluten-free if needed)
1 avocado, mashed
Fleur de Sel Salt
1 large heirloom tomato, thinly sliced
1 large peach, thinly sliced
2 tbsp pepitas (shelled pumpkin seeds)
What To Do
Toast bread in a toaster.
Spread mashed avocado on toasted bread. Sprinkle each slice with a pinch of Fleur de Sel salt.
Slice heirloom tomatoes and peaches and place on top of avocado. Sprinkle pepitas on top and finish with a drizzle of balsamic vinegar.
