Fight brutal winter colds and flus with this vitamin C superhero.
What You’ll Need
2 cups roughly-chopped citrus flesh*
1 tablespoon coconut oil
2 tablespoons honey
1/2″ knob fresh ginger
1/4″ knob fresh turmeric
1/2 cup water or coconut water
1 cup ice
What to Do
Blend all ingredients until smooth. Pour into glasses and enjoy! Makes about two servings.
*We used satsumas, oranges, pink lemons, and pomelos.
