This riff on a Negroni bianco packs sophisticated flavors and a patriotic twist too! It gets its colors from red Campari, white vermouth, and blue Empress gin, which is made with butterfly pea flowers for an electric hue. For the best flavor, mix them all together in the glass before drinking.
Red White & Blue Cocktail—The Bipartisan Negroni Recipe
Makes one cocktail
What You’ll Need:
1 oz Campari
Ice cubes
1 oz white vermouth
1 oz Empress 1908 Gin
Orange peel twist
What to do:
Pour Campari straight into a tall highball glass (try not to let it run down the sides.
Gently place ice cubes in glass until they almost reach the top.
Very slowly pour in the vermouth, then slowly pour in the gin.
Garnish with the orange peel.
