WHEN SHOULD I ORDER MY MEAL?
Advanced ordering will be available beginning November 1. Thanksgiving timeslots sell out very quickly, so the earlier you place your order, the better your chances are of getting the delivery time you want.
Reserve your timeslot for delivery Friday, November 18–Thursday, November 24 with the purchase of a turkey, chef–prepared meal, or holiday farm share box today!

WHEN IS THE ORDER DEADLINE FOR THANKSGIVING DELIVERY?
For delivery Friday, November 18–Thursday, November 24, the deadline for placing orders is earlier than usual. Timeslots and order deadlines vary by location, so please see your order confirmation or visit the "Track Delivery" page to see the cutoff for making changes to a specific order.
Please note that catering platters have additional cutoff restrictions. To learn more, read our "What is the cutoff time for catering?" FAQ.
Your reservation release time will remain the same: 9PM two days before delivery. If your reservation is unused during the week of Thanksgiving (Sunday, November 20–Friday, November 25), we will reinstate it for the following week.

HOW WILL MY FRESH TURKEY ARRIVE?
Our turkeys are stored at 32 °F, so they will arrive quite firm and cold. Turkey meat freezes at 26 °F. For more information, please visit the USDA website here.
Please note that it can take up to four hours for your turkey to be warm enough to prep for cooking.
HOW DO I THAW MY TURKEY?

WHEN WILL MY TURKEY BE AVAILABLE FOR DELIVERY?
A limited selection of fresh and frozen turkeys is available for delivery now. Our full assortment of turkeys will be available for delivery beginning Friday, November 18.
WHAT SIZE TURKEY SHOULD I BUY?
Check out our turkey size guide to figure out the best size turkey for you. We recommend roughly 1 lb. of turkey per person, but if you have guests with bigger appetites and/or want leftovers, then allow 1.5 lb. per person.

IF I BUY A COMPLETE THANKSGIVING DINNER, WILL THERE BE ENOUGH FOOD FOR EVERYONE?
Guaranteed! On the product page of every dinner you can see how many people it serves, and there will be a serving of everything for everyone in every complete dinner. However, if your family loves a certain side, then we recommend ordering extra to make sure everyone can pile it high on their plates.
