HOW TO CREATE A STANDING ORDER
To create a standing order, follow the steps below or fill out our Standing Order Reservation request form for assistance from our team.
1. Visit your standing orders page
This is under your account. Click on the order you’d like to add to, or create a new standing order.
2. Build your order
Make sure to click the +Add to standing order button.
3. Review your order
Head back to the Standing order page and review your items.
4. Activate
Make sure to click the Activate standing order button.
EDITING STANDING ORDERS VS. MODIFYING UPCOMING DELIVERIES
When you click the Add to standing order or View recurring item list buttons, any items added will be placed in your order template and delivered with each recurring order.
7 days before the delivery date, a Modify order button will appear next to your recurring order—look for the green bar at the top of your FreshDirect homepage. Any items added after clicking this button will only be added to that particular order, and will not be added to future recurring orders.
