Yes. Your unique personal-identification-number (PIN) will be required to ensure the security of the transaction and card numbers are securely transmitted.
You may submit new orders, modify existing orders, or cancel orders up until the cutoff time. After the cutoff time, you may no longer change or cancel an order. Cutoff times will be listed on the email we sent to confirm your order. If you miss the cutoff time, but for some reason still cannot accept your order, contact FreshDirect Customer Service on our help page at https://www.freshdirect.com/help or by phone call at 1-866-283-7374.
Yes. You can check your balance during the payment process by entering your EBT card number and PIN.

Yes. However, restocking fees cannot be charged to your EBT SNAP benefits. Any restocking fees will be charged to the credit or debit card associated with your order.
