This cold-weather winner is the perfect way to feed a crowd.

What You’ll Need
1 can chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
1 lb lean ground beef
1 large yellow onion
3 cloves garlic
1 bell pepper
1 can black beans
1 can red beans
1 can diced tomatoes
Olive oil
Salt and black pepper

Potato tots

Shredded cheddar cheese
Goldfish
Tortilla chips
Cornbread

What to Do
Dice all vegetables; set aside.
Heat a large pot over medium heat and add 1 tablespoon olive oil, garlic, onion, and bell pepper; cook until onion becomes translucent. Add the beef to the pot and sprinkle with salt and pepper and cook for 1 minute stirring occasionally.
Meanwhile, separate out all of the chipotle peppers from adobo sauce and dice one pepper. Add the chopped pepper and all of the adobo sauce, to the pot, stirring until incorporated for 1 minute. Rinse the beans and add them and the diced tomatoes to the pot; turn heat to high and bring to a boil. Simmer for 15-20 minutes.
