Our vegan tacos will leave even the pickiest eaters satisfied!
What You’ll Need
1 package jackfruit carnitas (we use chili lime)
3 corn tortillas
1/2 avocado, sliced (our favorite is Avocados from Mexico)
1/4 cup red onion, sliced
1 tsp chili flakes
1 tbsp fresh cilantro
1 lime, cut into wedges
Vegan cheese (optional)
What To Do
Saute the jackfruit in a saucepan for a few minutes until thoroughly warmed through.
Portion the jackfruit into 3 tortillas, then top with the avocado, onion, cilantro, and chili flakes. Top with a squeeze of lime. Enjoy!
