It’s bloody delicious!
The kids get the apple dippers and the adults get the sweet and creamy brie dip.
What You’ll Need:
Puff pastry
Wheel of brie
Raspberry jam
1 egg
Crackers
What to Do:
Let your frozen puff pastry defrost and place on sheet on a cookie pan. Pre-heat your oven to 350°.
In the center of the puff pastry, add a few hefty spoonfuls of raspberry or strawberry jam. Place the wheel of brie on top.
Wrap the jam and brie with the puff pastry, removing any excess dough. Flip over.
Whisk an egg and cover the puff pastry with the egg wash.
With your second sheet of puff pastry, cut into thin slices. Lay these slices on top of the puff pastry-wrapped brie to create the mummy’s wrappings. Brush with more egg wash and add two almond “eyes.”
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the puff pastry is golden brown. Serve with crackers for a bloody good time.
