Simple Sauteed Cherry Tomatoes with Almond Flour Crackers

This quick tomato dip is simple to make but is bursting with big flavors.

What You’ll Need
1 cup cherry tomatoes
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1 tsp extra virgin olive oil
1/3 cup fresh basil, chopped (plus more for garnish)
Salt & pepper, to taste
1 box Simple Mills Fine Ground Sea Salt Almond Flour Crackers

What To Do
Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Once hot, add in all the cherry tomatoes. Saute for 5 minutes or until they start softening and skins just begin to wrinkle. Shake the pan frequently. Add chopped basil and season with salt and pepper. Remove from heat and transfer to a bowl and garnish with more fresh basil.
