These treats are made for sharing with family and friends on Eid. They’re a symbol for the sweetness of the end of Ramadan fasting.

What You’ll Need:
One 15 oz bag medjool dates
Cashew butter (about 1/2 cup)
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1/2 cup coconut flakes
1/2 cup chocolate chips, pulsed in the microwave until melted
1/4 cup cacao nibs
Flaky sea salt
What To Do:
Slice the down the length of each date and remove the pit to create a pocket. Stuff each pocket with a heaping teaspoon of cashew butter. Transfer stuffed dates to a tray or baking sheet.
Sprinkle the chopped pecans over the dates, followed by the coconut. Drizzle the melted chocolate over the dates with a spoon. Top with cacao nibs and a dash of sea salt.
Set the dates aside for a few minutes to allow the chocolate to set, then transfer to a container or serving dish and enjoy.
