Need a purchase order? Follow these steps
FreshDirect is an approved vendor for the NYC Department of Education (DOE). To order for your school, follow these steps.
STEP 1
Request a quote
Reach out to us at NYCDOEOrders@freshdirect.com or call 866-283-0026 (available Monday–Friday, 9 AM–6 PM). Tell us how much you plan to spend and we’ll generate a pre-invoice for you.
STEP 2
Request a purchase order
Request a PO from the DOE using the Vendor Name: FD Property Holding Inc. and Vendor ID: FDP576950.
STEP 3
Place your order
Send us your PO and we’ll activate your FreshDirect account. You may then place your order(s). We’ll send you a monthly invoice until the full value of the PO is used.
