What You’ll Need:
1/2 cup coconut yogurt
1/2 cup pumpkin puree
1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1 teaspoon maple syrup
Toppings: granola, pumpkin seeds, toasted pecans
What to Do:
Mix the first four ingredients in a bowl. Layer in jars with your favorite granola and top with pumpkin seeds and toasted pecans.
