Thanksgiving Oyster Stuffing Recipe
The big, rich flavor of oysters brings a whole new depth of flavor to holiday stuffing. It’s gonna be a shore-fire hit:

What You’ll Need:
4 Tbsp butter
2 ribs celery, diced
1 large onion, diced
1 bell pepper, diced
1½ jalapeños, seeded and minced
7 cloves garlic, minced
2½ tbsp poultry seasoning
3 cups shucked oysters and their liquid
2 packages Bread Alone stuffing mix (or 16 cups crisp bread cubes, divided)
1 cup chicken or turkey stock
4 eggs
Salt and pepper
2 cups chopped parsley
2 green onions, sliced
1½ tsp minced rosemary
What To Do:
In a large pot, melt 4 Tbsp butter over high heat until it smokes gently. Add celery, onion, bell pepper, jalapeños, garlic, and poultry seasoning. Lower to medium heat and sauté until browned and tender, 15 minutes.
Stir in oysters and their liquid. Cook until edges curl, 4–5 minutes. Remove from heat.
Stir in 1 package Bread Alone stuffing mix (or 8 cups crisp bread cubes), followed by 1 cup stock. Add 1 more package stuffing mix (or 8 cups bread cubes) and 4 eggs to incorporate. Season with salt and pepper.
Fold in parsley, green onions, and rosemary.
Stuff in a 12-lb turkey. Or, bake in a greased casserole at 350°F until golden, 30–45 minutes.
Serves 6–8 people.
