This cut is located adjacent to the breast and is similarly lean and (as the name suggests) tender. Tenderloins work great for a smaller Thanksgiving or as additional white meat. Raised on an organic poultry farm, these turkeys are given pasture access, high quality organic feed, and lots of room to roam.
