Surprisingly made using no honey at all, honeycomb is a crunchy, chewy, caramel candy. We make ours in-house, break it into chunks, and fold it into our sweet cream base. The honeycomb remains crispy on the inside, chewy on the outside, and bleeds micro ribbons of caramel throughout the ice cream. An Australian classic and new American favorite. (from Van Leeuwen)
