FreshDirect Mini Blueberry Pound Cake

Berries always add a burst of lively, tart-sweet flavor to baked goods, and in this cake they do so marvelously. We start with our pound cake base, which is rich and silky from the addition of sour cream, then fold in plump, juicy blueberries. It's perfect as is, but adding a scoop of vanilla ice cream will make it sublime.
