Produced off the coast of Italy, on the island of Sardinia, Moliterno al Tartufo is a flavor trip for the taste buds. Truffle is shot into its raw sheep's milk base post-production, after some aging has taken place. This process allows the cheese to develop its own flavors first. Pairing favorites include big, hearty reds, like Chianti or Cabernet.
