Graskaas: The Taste of Spring! Graskaas is made from the first milking of spring. The Beemster cows dance their way out of the winter barns and into fields of new spring grass. The milk from their first grazing is the richest, sweetest, creamiest milk of the year. Only made once each year, Graskaas is a very limited time cheese and the official taste of spring. Don't settle for any other than Beemster! Ours is the only true Graskaas made with the first milk of spring. Serve with melon, strawberries, sweet-tart apples, salami, honey roasted pecans.
