Maison de la Truffe Brie Fourre a la Truffe

Hooked on truffle? This cheese is right up your alley. It's made with fresh truffle pieces from La Maison de La Truffe, a group of luxury food shops-turned restaurants in Paris whose name literally translates to "The House of Truffles." Its outside consists of a thick, traditional white and bloomy rind, while its inside boasts a creamy-smooth texture with a pleasant truffle crunch. We think it pairs wonderfully with toasted French bread and jam, and washes down nicely with a glass of Riesling or Rosé.
