We've used fonio from our friends at Yolélé to create a ready-to-heat version of the nutritious ancient grain. Native to Western Africa, fonio has a slightly nutty, earthy flavor and a fine texture (similar to quinoa). It excels at soaking up sauces and seasonings. Simply heat the grains up in the container and serve with a protein and veggies for a well-rounded meal.
