This blend of silver tequila and extra aged tequila was rested in new American oak barrels for five years, for a complex, smooth taste that is perfect for sipping and pairing with food. The nose is fresh and inviting with subtle floral and citrus aroma and notes of sweet roasted agave. Joven has a rich silky body, with brilliant platinum hues and long pronounced legs, indicating a full body with a sleek texture on the palate. The taste is soft and smooth with hints of vanilla and spiced undertones that are balanced with delicate notes of pear before a clean, warm finish with hints of hazelnut and a bright, open aftertaste.
