We all know cranberries make a superb sauce, but don't stop there. These deep red, shiny berries are firm and sour. Their exquisite tartness makes them delicious in both savory and sweet dishes. Add them to stuffing for chicken, turkey, duck, or goose. Mix them in with apples for a pie, or with other berries for a crisp or cobbler. Please note: We may occasionally substitute organic cranberries in a clamshell instead of a bag.
