Kumquats

Bright-orange colored and about the size of a grape, kumquats are a tiny citrus that you can pop directly into your mouth (the rind is edible). Some prefer to rein in their tart flavor by using them in sweet applications like preserves or pastries. We also love to slice them up for use in salads, sauces, or roast meat rubs and marinades.
