Scuppernong Grapes

Sold out
Scuppernongs are sweeter and softer than your average grape: you'll fall in love at first bite. These golden-green fruits are a type of Muscadine, a grape that's native to the southeastern US, but little-known elsewhere. Whether you prefer to leave their thick skins on or peel them off is a matter of personal taste, although that's where the highest concentration of fiber is. You can eat them fresh (just make sure to spit out the seeds) or cook them into sauces, preserves, and baked goods.
