When the color was bred out, a honey-drenched flavor seeped in. A white nectarine tastes more like a white peach than like a nectarine. It has the same sweet flavor and soft, juicy flesh, with an intoxicating flowery aroma. The skin is cream-colored with a red bloom, and the flesh is snowy white. Plan ahead! Our nectarines arrive firm. They'll soften in 3-5 days at room temperature, or you can speed up the process to 2-3 days by storing them in our complimentary fruit ripening bag. When your nectarines yield to gentle pressure, they're ready.
