These oblong mottled green-burgundy fruits are juicy with rich, sweet flavor. The yellow flesh stays more crisp than most plum varieties, making it perfect for lunchbags (it won't explode on your sandwich) and a welcome shake up in salads and relishes. Plan ahead! Our plumcots will arrive firm. They'll soften in 3-5 days at room temperature, or you can speed up the process by storing them in a paper bag. When your plumcots yield to gentle pressure, they're ready.
