Red plums are firm and succulent. When you bite into one, you first taste the tang of the peel, and then the sweetness of the flesh seeps through for a flavor that's pleasantly plummy. Plan ahead! Our plums arrive firm. They'll soften in 3-5 days at room temperature, or you can speed up the process to 2-3 days by storing them in our complimentary fruit ripening bag. When your plums yield to gentle pressure, they're ready.
