Organic Tiger Figs
Sold out

Inside a teardrop-shaped exterior lies a crimson-colored seeded pulp packed with a fruity berry flavor that's so good you may just cry tears of pleasure. The taste and texture is light and sweet, not too dissimilar to a raspberry or strawberry jam. Named for their yellow and green striped skin and picked when they hit optimal freshness, tiger figs (also known as Panachée figs) are only available in late summer and early fall. These delicious fruits are great on their own but also perfect on cheese plates paired with walnuts and honey. Alternatively, for a sweet treat or delicious dessert, we recommend pairing with them with a scoop of your favorite ice cream or yogurt.
