Magenta Dragon Fruit
Sold out

A cactus fruit popular in Central and South America and Southeast Asia. With such a striking, unusual appearance, you would expect the dragon fruit to have an over-the-top taste. In truth, dragon fruit have a mild tropical sweetness with notes of kiwi and watermelon. Dragon fruit flesh ranges in color from white to deep magenta (depending on where it's from), but the texture is uniformly juicy, slightly crunchy and speckled with tiny edible seeds — much like a kiwi. Remove the dragon fruit's peel, slice it up and add it to fruit salads or enjoy it on its own.
