Pretty on the Inside Orange Cauliflower

While it may not win a beauty award for its "birthmark" blemishes, this gorgeous cauliflower still has a lovely golden hue that stands out on a crudité platter. In addition to having more color than its white cousin, it also packs a bit more flavor and cooks a little faster, too. Serve orange cauliflower raw or blanched.
