Indian Eggplant

Indian eggplant is approximately the size of a tomato and it's almost perfectly round. It has dark, purple skin and it's sweet and tender with very few seeds. It's entirely edible, including the seeds. This eggplant is easy to use since the skin does not need to be peeled. It can be baked, fried or steamed. (from Vega Produce)
