Micro Pea Leaves are grown in the greenhouses of Blue Moon Acres in Buckingham, Pennsylvania. Sweet, crunchy, and bursting with the flavor of freshly-picked first-of-the-season peas, pea leaves are an ideal addition to a salad, can be eaten alone, or sautéed like spinach with garlic and olive oil. Blue Moon Acres has grown micro greens for the past 23 years using natural methods. No chemical pesticides, herbicides, fertilizers or growth regulators are used in our growing practices.
