Blue Moon Acres Organic Micro Arugula

Micro Arugula is grown in the greenhouses of Blue Moon Acres in Buckingham, Pennsylvania. Our arugula has a nutty, peppery flavor our customers have enjoyed for years. Use micro arugula in a salad or top your favorite dish or appetizer. Micro arugula is perfect on its own with some olive oil, lemon juice, and grated parmesan cheese. Blue Moon Acres has grown micro greens for the past 23 years using natural methods. No chemical pesticides, herbicides, fertilizers or growth regulators are used in our growing practices.
