Fragrant Lavender Freesia

Distinctly dainty, these decorative garden blossoms signal the beginning of the spring season. While there are approximately 1,800 species of flowers belonging to the freesia family, the lavender color, in particular, symbolizes grace, elegance, and decadence. To preserve long life, these stems, each with their own set of fragrant blooms, come tightly closed, and need a day or two of hydration before they begin to open.
