Wild Albacore Tuna Steak

Albacore has a texture that's slightly less oily and flavor that's a bit milder than its more expensive relatives. You may recognize the name from tuna cans, but you won't see the resemblance in the fresh version. Like all our tuna, it's great grilled. Don't let the low price fool you into thinking this is cut-rate tuna.
