Indian Food in a Flash With Brooklyn Delhi
Brooklyn Delhi was born when founder Chitra discovered that she couldn't find Indian sauces that had the flavors she liked but weren't super salty. Fast forward to today and this local, woman-led brand now offers curry bases and condiments that make it a cinch to bring south Asian flavors to your table. Try making a simple curry by sautéing onion, garlic, and ginger in a pot, then adding in chickpeas, veggies, or your favorite protein, along with a jar of simmer sauce and a little water. Simmer for 20 minutes, garnish with some scallions, and serve with rice and some chutney or achaar on the side.
